The food itself was good but the driver got lost, twice!!! He had to call to find the place.... made the food room temperature at best by the time it got to us!!! more

Order was over 1 hour 30 minutes late. Required 3 separate inquiries. Over 2 and 1/2 hours from order to delivery. Food was lukewarm. more

Horrible. It took over an hour and a half to get my order and it was incomplete and cold when it arrived. They gave me a pizza that was missing toppings and when they didn't deliver my drinks or dessert they told me that they didn't charge me for them as a favor to me. When we called to ask how they were going to fix our order (or if they would deliver the missing items) they told us it was our fault that it was wrong and that we should have called ahead to warn them that we wanted something special. Worst customer service ever and I will never be ordering from here again. more

Friendly service, great pizza. 8/22/2009

I don't eat franchise/chain store pizza, but I like this place. The food is made from real stuff so it takes a while, but I think it's worth it. I have food allergies including corn, so corn meal on the bottom of the crust, any food starch mixed in with the flour, or corn syrup as a sweetener in any ingredients, I can't have it. When I asked, the manager actually brought out the tomato sauce can, the spinach, the cheese labels so I could see for myself. That's above and beyond when you have food allergies! There are some things I can't have, but this is the next best thing to making it myself at home. Pros: It makes the tummy happy! Cons: Lots of loud, rude children on buffet nights. more

I'd rather eat my own regurgotated food particles 1/18/2008

This pizza is the worst food I ever tasted. I do not understand why anyone would order it a second time. The crust they are so proud of taste like soda crackers and the ingrediant are a vile pile of decomposing roadkill. Pros: they are not in my neighborhood Cons: the food more
