Dos Coyotes is a self serve restaurant, where you come in, order, and get your food. The items are well priced (well it should be since it's self served) and affordable on any student's budget. I especially like the Southwest burrito myself because it is a large burrito and very reasonable in price, and comes with meat! There is also a salsa bar, which you can scoop out your favorite salsa to accompany your burrito, or whatever you get. All meals come with chips, so the salsa really comes in handy with the chips because tortilla chips are plain without salsa. They have about 9 different kinds of salsas ranging from mild to hot in spiciness. I prefer the mild kinds because I cannot handle too much spice.
The place is big and somewhat hard to find. It's located in a shopping mall complex, and to find it may require driving around in the lot. It's right next to a coffee shop, so you can always get coffee to accompany a nice Mexican burrito!
