I placed a timed order for noon time, then had to make a change to the order (called over an hour before the delivery was due, also called an hour and a half before and left a message and never got a response).
I spoke with a manager ""Joe"" and was told there was nothing he could due as the order was already in transit.
I brought up the fact that the order was supposed to be for noon, not 11 am. He proceeded to tell me the order of how his operations are for the morning.
Then proceeded not to assist me in any manner and say have a good day.
I don't so much mind the ""have a nice day,"" but the complete and utter lack of service is my last strike for this service company.
Couldn't deliver when it was supposed to be delivered. Now I know that an early order shouldn't be a problem, but the food will be cold by my lunch break. I have a fixed schedule and this sort of business is not the kind I wish to have anything to do with.
Especially when they will not be accountable for ANYTHING!
This is my THIRD issue with this company. The last two times, I had called their general support office, but this time I was directed to the local office.
From here on out, I just won't use their service.
