Here's my story:
My freezer broke in December, and I called to get someone out to fix it. I explained the problem in detail, having already done plenty of online research.
Someone from Donald's came out in mid-December and gave me the diagnostic (exactly what I had explained) but they didn't have the part to fix it. They would order it and call me when they got it.
One month later, no word from them, I call back. I speak with ""Linda,"" who was speaking with someone else while on the phone with me (so rude!). She told me the part was on backorder (but wait... she never looked up my file...).
It's now 5 days till March and I still haven't heard from them. I have tried calling several times, but no one is picking up the phones and the voice mail is full every time.
3 months of broken freezer... think it's time to call another company.
