Dona Esthers restaurant offers a great enviroment. The food is great, their brunch buffett is awesome and everyone is so friendly. It is a Mexican restaurant and the food is very authentic. The Menudo tastes home made, enchiladas, flautas, chimichangas and lots more. They have outdoor seating in a covered patio. Me and my honey love taking a small drive to this great restaurant on a sunny Sunday morning and listen to a great trio play while enjoying great food. Go! Pros: Good Food more

Food alright, overpriced for what you get. 1/27/2007

This was my 2nd and last time at this place.Should not be a resturant it should be a Taqueria.Food not that good or great.Food is so overpriced.Try not to hang out at the bar all the local losers are there.I heard so many cuss words I had to force my family to wait outside. The hostess or bouncer called our last name and guided us to our table. We waited almost 15 minutes for service. While waiting for service some guy farted and started laughing along with his friends. more

Where there's a mission... 7/14/2004

...there's Mexican food-- usually of the tourist variety. Thus, I was a little hesitant as we neared the restaurant. To my relief, the familiar conforting smell of masa met my nostrils immediately-- always a good sign. I must say the prices on the menu were a bit off-putting. Back home in Southern California we're used to paying a lot more for standard combo dishes, which are what we opted to sample that day. But surprise! portions were humongous. Food was tasty, hot and satisfying. Service was fine. Salsas were suitably spicy, not noticeably watered down for gringo tastes, and we were able to easily secure a side order of whole jalapeños. Best of all was the artichoke enchilada-- unheard of in other parts of the state. All in all, a pleasant surprise. If for nothing else, I'd go back for the artichoke enchiladas. Pros: Pleasant atmosphere, Huge portions, Artichoke enchiladas more
