The manager here is poorly trained meaning... he is tactless, rude, undignified, hence unprofessional in customer service. I placed my order and made a simple request for my pizza. Well suffice to say the pizza arrived incorrect. I called the store immediately after the pizza was dropped off and spoke to the male employee to let them know that my request was not met. However the male employee, gave me a crude respond when I told him that i wanted it fixed and then he hung up on me. I called back again to know the name of the employee who hung up on me but instead, I received more rude remark saying, "" Is that really necessary?"" And I said, ""yes it is"". He at that point told me his name, and so I asked for the manager.However I received an offensive laugh and reply saying, ""Ha I am the manager"". We're making your pizza again quit calling."" then he hung on me again (!*&^$##%^). I called once more and said, "" I wanted a refund."" When I arrived at the store the manager did not even identify himself to me, instead I spoke to the driver who made excuses for the managers unprofessional behavior. THIS UNSUITABLE MANAGER HAS GIVEN DOMINO'S A DISREPUTABLE IMAGE.
