I recently got married and our weeding took place at The Dominion Country Club San Antonio TX, I guess we were drawn by the first class service they claim to have but we were so dissapointed when the day of the wedding almost everything went wrong....the director of events Darlene Arciniega was rushing me down the aisle and wanted me to go without my wedding march, because my music people got there a little late,the person she hire to be in charge of the guest list sent home two of my relatives stating they were not in the list, when I personally wrote that list, dinner was served on time but the drinks weren't, we had to eat our meals with water, the servers were so rude, they only hire three servers for our 100 guests and the so called "captain" told my husband he wasn't supposed to be there but they called him last minute, they didn't put no covers on the outside table were the ceremony took place (thank God my mother in law had a tablecloth we were able to use), they didn't put our picture on a pedestal but yet they left it on top of the gift table, when I specifically told Darlene I was gonna need a pedestal, they didn't put my flowers on the Ceremony because "they forgot", She left at 8 o'clock when I was under the assumption that she was gonna stay until the end to make sure everything was gonna be o.k., 4 of my guest left without eating...............and I can keep going and going.........the only good thing was the food (delicious)........I spoke to the General Manager (Aaron) he said he was gonna check and call me back, he did call me back a few days after and he recognized there had been a lot of mistakes and offer me a couple of hundred dollars (a ridiculous ammount for all we paid) I don't mean to get everything for free.......but I don't beleive is fair that me and my husband have to pay for a "Service" we didn't get...........we are only giving them 1 star and that's only because the food really was delicious.....think twice before you hire their services!!!!!!
