As an express member, the desk clerks could not find my reservation. If it was not for one of your car service members who allowed me to access my email account on his personal phone, they would not have located it and I would have to pay the drop-in rate. I was in the car after a 1hr 1/2 wait. When dropping the vehicle off, I was charged for an extra 2 hrs and 5+ gallons of gas. I showed my gas receipt to the clerks as well as your manager as proof of filling the tank, but was told the receipt was not acceptable as proof. If the check in service employee indicated the gas was not topped off then it was not full. I was told they had to stand by their employees and their employees would not lie. Aside from being called a liar, I was told by their mangers, they were not in the habit of paying for gas they did not use. Your managers could not produce any proof to the number of gallons of gas they added to the rental car. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
