I am extremely disappointed. The owner chuck, and female assistant seem so nice, and I thought my dogs were in good care. I am fair person, and when I arrived to get them to my surprise they were completely shaved. Including one of my dogs (sterling) whose fur was not matted, the other yes I could understand since he doesn't like to be brushed. I am certain whomever groomed them just put them straight to the clippers. They did not check to if they could brush out the tangles. I asked for short not shaved which included their tail shaved off. why i do not know because neither tails were tangled, which I know for a fact did not need to be shaved off! In all my years my dogs being groomed this has never happened. Nor have they incurred any irritations or injuries. Even our one time trip to PETCO was better then this. My one dog Sterling had a cut on his arm which they explained. I was kind enough to forgive. They seem so nice, and caring, I guess it is all for show. I even forgave for the injury, bad hair cuts and paid. UNTIL I GOT HOME AND THE FOLLOWING DAY NOTICED BOTH DOGS HAD RAZOR BURNS AND IRRITATIONS ON THEIR HEADS AND UNDERBELLIES. I HAD TO CALL MY VET, AND LUCKILY HE SAID NEOSPORIN WOULD BE FINE FOR THE BURNS. MY ONE DOG STERLING DIDN'T EAT OR GO TO THE BATHROOM FOR 2 DAYS, AND BOTH OF THEM WERE SHAKING DUE TO NERVOUSNESS. I DON'T CARE YOU SCREWED UP ON THE CUT, I DO CARE THAT YOU HURT MY ANIMALS, AND WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN, AND TELL YOU HURT MY ANIMALS AND ASK FOR A REFUND OR AT LEAST PARTIAL SOMETHING SHOW ME THAT YOU KNOW YOUR STAFF MESSED UP, AND MAYBE I WOULD GO BACK BUT NOWAY! IT JUST SHOWS MONEY IS ALL THAT MATTERS NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DOGSPAW OFFERED FOR ME TO BRING BACK, AND WE CAN GET A FREE GROOMING INSTEAD. NO WAY! HOW CAN TRUST A COMPANY THAT OWN UP TO THE NEGLIGENCE TO PERHAPS THEIR STAFF INEPTNESS. YOU DIDN'T OFFER ANY KIND OF REFUNDS FOR YOUR DAMAGE. I THINK YOU SHOULD REEXAMINE WHOEVER CUT MY DOGS' HAIR. THANK GOODNESS IT WAS NOT SERIOUS EXCEPT THAT SMALL CUT ON STERLING'S ARM, DOGSPAW TOLD ME ABOUT BECAUSE HE WAS BEING A ""BAD"" BOY. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT I LET IT GO BECAUSE IT SEEM LIKE YOU WERE SORRY. MY DOG STERLING HAS BEEN GROOMED ALL HIS LIFE, AND NEVER MOVES. WE NEVER HAD ANY INCIDENTS WITH OUR REGULAR GROOMERS. MAYBE YOU HAVE TO REEXAMINE SOME OF YOUR GROOMERS. I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID. I WAS IN TEARS DURING CHRISTMAS, AND MY DOGS WERE TRAUMATIZED. I AM VERY HURT FOR THE LACK CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. YOU HAVE LOST MY TRUST, AND I WILL NEVER REFER DOGSPAW OTHER DOG OWNERS. I WILL STICK TO MY BONNIES IN DC! THANK YOU.
