I went to this clinic and the optometrist that helps you is in training they are really students and dont;t know how to treat patients. I went for an eye exam and contact lense fitting the price is high now that I took time to compare prices they overcharge for an eye exam or contact lense fitting. My visit didn't go well in this clinic I paid for the contact lense fitting and the ""doctor"" that helped me gave me two pairs of trial lenses and than appear to be annoy because my eyes didn't adjust to any of the two brands. Than she tried to say that I was proably not suitable for contact lenses. I asked her if we could try another brand, I had done some research on it and I found good reviews. For no reason she was bother about this comment and she said that she was gonna have to charge me for the follow up visit and for the trial contact lenses that I asked for because contact lenses were expensive and I was making her waste her time. I didn't feel like this was right since I had already paid over $200 for the contact lense fitting and it is not my fault that they are an optometric center and they don't carry different brands for contact lenses. How could she possibly said that after only giving me two brands to try. Anyways when you call to make the appoinment they are very nice and tell you not to worry that they carry many brands and that they will find the contact lense that fits you. I wouldn't recommend this place because some students have an attitude they are rude and the prices are high after going through this horrible experience I found out that the price to get a contact lense fitting with a Kaiser optometris is 20% less and they will give you free of charge follow ups for three months and will also give you a box of contact lenses and if they conclude that you are not suitable for contact lenses they wil only charge you fo the eye exam. I dont understand how can they charge you for trial lenses and follow ups Don't waste your time in this place.
Cons: PRICES ARE HIGH AND WANT TO CHARGE FOR CONTACT LENSE SAMPLES
