I have contacted Dish several times via chat for numerous issues. After wasting my time collecting information, pretending to care about the issue, and exhaustive verifications of my identity, not once have I been helped. I am ALWAYS given their customer care number in which I have to repeat the entire process. Why have a chat function if they don't have the ability to do anything?
Internet service is slow and TV is average. There wasn't a savings over other providers to offset this. Be warned: Go elsewhere
