They damaged all of my wheels, and worst of all, they won't take responsibility for it. more

Took in to rotate tires completely stripped 2 lug nuts, one was stripped from the hub so had to replace the hub. Of course they had no record, so I never brought it in after their manager told me I would have to take to a menchanic and get fixed. $ 600.00 in damage later they would not even discuss. Took around the corner to kauffmen who were excellent and fixed everything they messed up. Messed up my car, lied, said they did not do and I am stuck. Take your car somewhere else. more

They had to special order the tires I wanted and they came in 2 days early. The quote they gave me on the phone for the tires I wanted was the same price when I went in...so no surprises. They were very fast and polite. They also referred me to a place to get my alignment done (G&S Auto on 41). They were great too! I give these guys a 10 out of 10. Bought Hankook Tires that drive really well and very quiet. more

Heard good things about this place. Needed some really nice Hankook tires for my staggerd 20"" rims for my mustang. They priced them very fairly. They had to special order them which only took 2 days... VERY fast. They deserve this review. After 5 Years working in retail, these guys offer the best service in price, I trust them to take care of my tire needs from now on, no one else! If you spend your money, its well spent at discount tire, hands down!! more

I was in a dilemma. I have a one year old car and a nail in the side of my tire. Had to buy a new one. $109.00/ $88.00/$85.00 all were quoted me at three different places. Too expensive so I just kept driving. I heard great things about Discount Tire that I thought were too good to be true, but they were a little out of my way. Boy, I was wrong not to just make the trip in the first place, instead of wasting my time going to those other places. They delivered prompt, fair, and quality service. I like the perks of getting lifetime rotation and balance at no cost. I found the staff to be professional and friendly. My wait was very comfortable, and I feel confident in going back for my other auto service needs. more

Went outside to find a flat tire on a morning that I had to drive to Kennesaw for a meeting.When I finally crawled into the gas station to fill it with air it was out of service so I had to fill it with fix a flat.At 50 mls per hr my steering wheel shook the entire 45min drive and I still had to get to Duluth for my next meeting and then back home.I got on line and found that Discount auto was just up the street.When I called Mike the manager answered,I explained my situation and my minimal funds.I asked if they had used tires and he said to come up and they would work something out in my budget.That has proved tricky in the past,you get somewhere and they don't have anything in stock for that price but since you are already here and you can't really drive around to find a better deal game.i was worried but he assured me they would work it out.When I arrived Mike came out and took a look it was definitely a dangerous situation but they didn't have any used tires in stock.I was getting a little nervous and suspicious but Mike got on the computer and found me a deal in my budget and he got me back on the rode in time to get to Duluth for my next meeting.Everyone there was great but Mike went above and beyond what you could expect especially since I wasn't dropping a bunch of cash and I don't live close enough to come back under normal circumstances.But these were far from normal circumstances and they gave me far from normal treatment so any time I need tires I will be driving to Kennesaw and I suggest you do the same.It's worth the drive. their service is prompt and very good and low rates too. we had a small accident and the car dealers were asking a high price to fix the side mirror but this company did a very good job and that too for more than a half price. more
