In 2008 I had my first and only mammogram at this location in Franklin, TN. I recently found a mass in my breast. As expected the doctor wanted a copy of my previous mammogram. They contacted this office and 4 days later it was never sent to them. I contacted the office and drove 3 hours to pick them up after they assured me they would be ready when I arrived. After arriving I was told that they had lost all of my films except 1 which was of the wrong side. This is now going on 3 weeks of trying to get my records and they still haven't located them. I would stay away from this facility and Dr. Winters.
