GREAT PRODUCT!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 9/22/2010

I stumbled upon this place on accident a few years back. I don't know what drew me in...maybe the monkey...maybe the banana. Like I said, I don't know, but I did need a few thousand postcards to send to my customers. In no time I had beautiful postcards for much less than I expected to spend. Needless to say, I continued to work with them for quite some time. If you're looking for quality work and great customer service, then give them a shot! more

I couldn't have asked for better: FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPETITIVE PRICING and, QUICK TURN-AROUND TIME! As a new buisness owner, I was thrilled that they walked me through each step, explaining everything in ""lay terms""; and they truly went ""above and beyond"" to make sure I had a quality product. Poor customer service 7/25/2008

I spoke to a couple of these representatives. I gave them my information and asked for proofs. The person that I originally spoke with never responded to my inquiry. Instead it was passed on to someone else that responded by telling me they couldn't do what I asked, but wanted me to come in and chose what they had in-stock. They chose this route instead of asking me if I wanted them to work on what I had already provided to make it print ready. They did not respond again until after I emailed them back and that response was the exact same one with misspellings and all.\r \r Very poor customer service.
