If you dont get your brisket early on a new brisket, you will end up with spongie meat. I am a bbqaholic. Most other bbq places must cook their meat longer to break down grissle. What irrates me the most is that on several occasions I have complaimed.....and the whole crew acts like your an idiot. I want Dickeys to be good, so I have started asking for a new brisket for the meat on my plate....but again you would have thought I just robbed the place. I give up..take the time to drive to Hutdhisons in Mckinney, maybe Mr. Dickey should go to.
Pros: Great sauce and cold sides
Cons: The brisket has gone down in a big way
