Didn't much get by write up as he was cruel. I took my 09 Grand Caravan there for rim and brake service and was told in so many words it's your baby! he wouldn't even listen to me. I just told him to give my key back before something happened to that while he had it and then tell me "It's Your Baby (NO WARRANTY). I believe he was telling me that he did not want my business. I went in to have my rims inspected as requested by Chrysler warranty services and was told right out of the gate out of warranty, can't help ya. I said what and he repeated his statement. I contact Chrysler and was told to take it elsewhere and I did and now it is repaired UNDER MY WARRANTY (NO THANKS TO DICK SCOTT's DEALERSHIP). Want cruel and inhumane people to work with in write up here, Have it your way, It's your vehicle, if they want your business let them show you this. don't be treated like some kind of animal.
