Not only does Wegmans have better cheese selection, but the DiBruno employees are often not-so-cheery. I work near the newer location so I drop in for lunch occasionally. I've seen and tasted better dessert selections elsewhere, but the one thing I don't understand is why they serve the slop they call gelato. They bill themselves as high-end "gourmet" but this gummy stuff is a far cry from what I had in Milan. It's flat in a pan, so that's an "F" for presentation too!
Stop in for a sandwich or whatever, but like I said, skip the gelato and hit Wegman's for your cheese selection. In fact, as far as gelato goes, either Capogiro at both Sansom and Rittenhouse or Dolce Crema over in Moorestown, NJ have the best gelato in a 100 mile radius, hands down!
