Charged more than estimated by $200 and then did not return my calls promptly and did not resolve problems with the IRS which may have resulted from their work.

I've been using Diana M Reed & Associates for over 10 years now and I'm happier with them than I have been with any other accounting firm I've used. They really take customer service to a whole other level, I feel like I know them better than some of the people I work with. They're great at getting back to me when I have questions...the best in Hershey! more
