If it is possible My carpets looked worse when they left than before they came. I got their flyer in the maul and saw a $39 special. Well I though wow that is a great price for an apt. They came out and didn't have the appropriate gear to hook up to the water. So they ended up hooking up to my hot water heater. Then they ask me about how I want my carpets cleaned. Apparently the $39 is a Bait and & hook scheme. If you actually want them to use soap and clean them it is an extra $10 per room, and there were several other hidden charges. The guy did a reall quick walk thru and sprayed down a soap solution, then did a quick cleaning of it. He totally missed areas which left the carpets looking very streaky looking. At this point I was already ticked about all the extra hidden fees and quickly figured out that this company was costing me nearly twice as much as my normal carpet guy who was unavailable at the time. Twice as much for 1/4 of the quality of service. The guy goes to disconnect his equiptment from the hot walter heater and gets water all over in that closet ( I ended up having to rent a rug doctor to suck up all the water he left for fear of it ruining the carpets later that night) Then After all of this fiasco the guy had the nerve to tell me he is having a baby soon and he does accept tips.
