If you're looking for the perfect neighborhood cafe, look no further. The Devil's Food tempts you from the first step in the door as you walk past the picture perfect pastries and chocolate delicacies. Much to my surprise, the cafe is much more than a simple coffee and sweets place. It serves a full breakfast with delicious and innovative creations, like the stuffed challah french toast filled with sweetened granny smith apples, cinnamon and creme fraiche. For the egg lovers, the restaurant offers a lovely selection of omelets, eggs benedict and other breakfast staples. Add in eye-opening coffee, large fresh-squeezed orange juice and a comfortable, eclectic atmosphere, and you come up with a great way to spend those leisurely Sunday mornings.
If breakfast doesn't whet your appetite, try Devil's Food for lunch, dinner or even high tea (but tea by appointment only).
