I recently had 25 wood clad windows and 4 french doors replaced by Design Windows. My experience was fantastic from start to finish! I asked for several references from Design and was very pleased with the feedback I was given. One of the references even mentioned they had service work that had to be done but they stated Design handled it promptly and they were very happy to refer them.\r \r David, the salesman who came to my house took initial measurements and discussed our project in detail with my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy (like your typical sales guys are). He also gave a fair price for such a large project. We were not prepared at the time to sign the contract as we wanted to get other bids and do more research on the companies providing the job proposals. David followed up a few days later and we were happy to move forward with Design Windows.\r \r I highly recommend them and don't be afraid to ask them for references as we did. We were even able to drive by some of the homes they did in my area to see the finished work. more

I went online today to write about my wonderful experience with Design Windows and in shock I read the horrible review below. I experienced just the opposite! We originally had several quotes. Fausto with Design Windows came in and offered my husband and I a great price and a great looking window. We originally signed with Design however another local company (a guy with an Australian accent) came in after and offered to lower the price by $500.00. Against my best judgment, I decided to cancel with Design and go with him. Weeks and weeks went by and found out that this other company took my money and ran. It has taken us over a year to save the money back up. We came back to Design Windows, had our contract reinstated, house was measured within 2 days and windows installed right before Thanksgiving. I was delighted with how quick, professional and easy to work with that all the employees are. To all the staff at Design Windows, my husband and I thank you for such a wonderful job and will always refer you!! more

Almost there.... 3/23/2012

Just wanted to let you know James is awesome! I just have to get 1 more quote for my husband's satisfacation (i'm not telling the other company I have one, so they won't match) but I'm very pleased with everything James presented & yes, the price was great & your company seems very reputable. Bottom line is i want to go w/ Design Windows & should be calling you by end of week to get things rolling...\r \r Tell James he's great, very knowledgeable, professional (even with my husband's strong personality), quality choices, price & best of all - NO PRESSURE! I have a very difficult homeowners association and with the help of Design Windows and their staff helped get my approval and replaced all my old windows with new beautiful windows. What a difference new windows makes inside and out. more

I highly recommend Design Windows 12/1/2011

Had just purchased a house that we were flipping and desperately needed new windows. I wanted a cheap price but not a cheap window. I expressed my concern to several companies about quality and how quickly I needed them. This is why I choose Design Windows. The price was unbelievable...and they were even kind enough to get me installed within 2 weeks. Windows look great! We are very happy. more

Just Amazing! 11/18/2011

Out of all the contractors I have hired over the years, Joe with Design Windows was friendly...not pushy like some of the other guys, very knowledgably and most importantly fulfilled our purchase agreement prior to the anticipated wait time and the finished installation looks far better than I could have even imagined. My neighbor tried referring me to another local company and his ""mobile show room"" also out of Rancho...he was twice as much and was incredibly pushy. I am so happy I decided to go with my gut instinct and would gladly refer them again and again! By the way, Design Windows you have out grown your beautiful showroom...just goes to show that good business practices reflect in how busy you are! more

Beautiful windows, nice price, excellent customer service.. 9/15/2011

We recently ordered Madison Windows. We were originally quoted 4-6 weeks for installation. To our surprise I received a phone call a little after 2 weeks to schedule our installation. Everyone was very friendly. The installers were very considerate of our pets and our 2 yr. old son. They covered up our white carpets and protected our wood furniture. I am very happy with the overall process and new windows in my home. I would recommend their services and products to anyone. more

From beginning to end I had awesome service. When I called the office they were always friendly. Everthing was completed on time. Everything was the way I wanted it. The installers were quick, efficient and curtious and even smelt good! I rate this company 10 stars if I could!!!!! more

Great Experience 7/27/2011

I had Fausto out at my house to bid my entry door project. I was amazed at the large selection Design Windows & Doors offers for entry doors. Fausto is the most kind, polite and non pushy sales rep we have ever had in our home. Our door was installed before the anticapated delivery date and is stunning! The installers were also very neat and efficient. I highly recommend Fausto and Design Windows and Doors! more

Good ownership/leadership 7/20/2011

This company have an excellent leadership.... I am talking about the owner. He cares for his customer. When I had a contract with this company, and when the windows were completed, I wasn't happy with the product installation. I was to the point of asking for a revert of payment, then the owner came down to my property to check my complaints. He then took care of the mess. The windows were then really completed! Some of the installers were very good and friendly. Yes, I would recommend the company to my friends. \r more

They went right to work, were very personable, explained the installation, and were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned all debris, and old windows went with them. Great Experience! 7/15/2011

Design Windows installed our beautiful french doors a couple of years ago. Their pricing could not be beat, they completed the install on schedule with upmost quality and to top it off have stood by their customer satisfaction guarantee ever since! They are professional and courteous willing to assist in any way. We will eventually have the rest of our windows replaced and will certainly go through Design Windows again! I highly recommend this company!!!! more
