Design the Planet was extremely helpful to me. In talking with Adrienne, it was clear very quickly that she understands what it to takes to brand or improve a franchise concept. We are an early stage company considering franchising, and she was able to provide invaluable advice into how to set up a franchise from not only the branding and ad fund side, but even more importantly how to stop franchisee issues before they even happen. Her experience with larger franchises was very valuable to me. more

Design the Planet revitalized my company when they redid my company's logo. I never knew the impact one small logo could make on me and my employees. From the website to my business cards and even my trucks, everything looks polished, consistent and like I had a million dollar budget. These guys are great! Design the Planet cares about me, my company & my brand. They give me guidance on building a stronger brand while listening to my ideas. Superior design work and excellent service! I'd recommend these guys to anyone in business. Pros: Great design work, Solid Service Cons: I don't work there. more

Terminated Their Services 8/8/2008

We had to terminate their services. We felt the design was sub-par and not professional grade. Difficult to work with project manager made many errors and was defensive when confronted to correct them. They charged $3,600 for a website, all we got was a sitemap and a design which was so poor we couldn't use it -- then they withheld $1,300 of fees and said the matter was closed. We had to go with another company. Pros: Made good sales pitch Cons: Didn't deliver more

I have not had the chance to work with Design the Planet yet, but I love their portfolio. I stumbled upon their website years ago and check back often to see what new creations they've posted. I'm so happy that New Orleans has talent like that. more

Best Branding for the money in Baton Rouge or New Orleans 12/31/2007

We have been working with Design the Planet for ten years. They started by designing our company logo and as we have grown they have helped us all along the way. They designed a great web site several years ago - River Road Coffees DOT com - later on they helped us add e-commerce to our site so we could sell online - they market it as well online. Pros: easy to talk to, understanding, hard working, good follow-up, great service for the money Cons: their office is in New Orleans and we are in Baton Rouge - not always a problem, but sometimes more
