On our firls visit to the Chandler location. Found the reception staff to be very unfriendly and impersonal. Clinical staff very condescending and patronising to both child and parent which upset both of us. Not the greatest of experience to be honest had been to better doctors. Had to find another pediatric doctor as my child refused to go back there after her experience. Also there are no toys just a TV in waiting room not very inviting for a child that may be nervous or bored.
