I was floored by the rudeness of the staff and their blatant disregard and disrespect of the patients' time. The woman who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment was short, terse, and rude. I waited for almost 2 hours, asking 3 times for an estimate of the continued wait time. Two of the women on staff behaved as if I had no reason to be asking, reclining in their office chairs while lecturing me on Dr. Schwartz's level of patient care, that she "took as much time as needed and will for you too." They told me she was performing surgical procedures between patient visits. When I asked why they over booked patients, they rolled their eyes at me. I finally left without being called into an examination room. If I had stayed and been called into an examination room, I would have waited another hour in the exam room, as all exam rooms were all full of patients that had waited even longer than myself. In the 2 hours I waited, I listened repeatedly to the woman answering the phone be rude to person after person over the phone. Too bad the staff isn't as consciencence about patient care as they seem to think the doctor is. The only message I received from this doctor and her staff is "your time isn't as valuable as mine" and that kind of arrogance doesn't belong in health care.
