I went to this dentistry to purchase Invisaligns. There are at least a dozen dentists in the area that offer invisaligns but the reason why I chose this office is because of the pleasant atmosphere and attention I received during my invisalign consultation appointment. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE! That initial ""wonderful customer service"" office visit quickly turns into a laxed ""oh it's you again"" environment....and did I mention that in this office the staff are always right in the eyes Dr Hodgins and the customer is always the one who somehow may have ""misunderstood"" or in his words,... ""is having a bad day""! This dentist and his front office staff, (specifically, Erica), needs to take a class in customer service! While at first glance they will appear quite pleasant, if you happen to have a comment that is even remotely dissatisfying in nature to the practice, you're wasting your time because the aire amongst this dentist and his staff is that they can do no wrong! You may be reading my comment and wondering why fellow yelpers offer positive comments and what I can tell you is that when you spend 5 months worth of appointments in an office, you get to know all of the staff and what is said through the corridors. While I had a pleasant experience with Dawn, Jessica and Karen, you'll want to know ahead of time if Fernanda and Erica are going to be in a good mood before they assist you lest you be told by Dr Hodgins, (in a most insolent manner I might add), that ""you may be having a bad day""! It's a shame how some working professional with their own practice can lack such self-awareness as to their own comments and sententiousness. On a different note, I should also mention that I was charged $3,500 for my invisalign ""express"" braces and quoted $5,000 for the regular invisaligns. The entire duration of my treatments was for 5 months and one week after I paid the fee up front, this same office began running a promo for $500 OFF invisaligns; you can imagine how duped I felt, not to mention that they never offered this deal to me of which I'm sure a week prior to promoting it, they knew they would be rolling out the offer and could have presented it to me as well. At that point though, I was already vested with this office since I had just started with my first invisalign tray. During my five months of appointments with this office, you really get to know the staff that work in the office as opposed to visiting for an annual cleaning or occasional root canal and I can tell you that I will not go back to this practice again in lieu of the experience I've noted in this review. It's amazing to me how some overweening professionals seem to think they themselves are exempt of customer service training and benightedly continue with their daily practices unbeknownst to them that we as patients are customers first and can easily take our business elsewhere, not to mention share our experiences with others!
