Two of your staff - Drew and Sara at the front desk will eventually be the downfall of your business because they are very rude and disrespectful to your clients. I thought I was the only one that had a confrontation with ""front desk staff"" at your place of business, but as I am reading other reviews from various sites, I can see that I was not the only victim. \r
I am sorry to inform you that I am one of the many clients you will lose because of the untrained staff who knows nothing about customer service. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ESPECIALLY WHEN WE'RE BRING IN REVENUE!\r
