When you call to make an appointment they ask you the reason of your visit. I explained I had a little dark spot on my tooth and I wanted the doctor to remove it. I get there and his assistant tells her notes said I was there for a full new patient exam. She wanted to do a bunch a things, including x-rays. I tell her that that was not what I wanted and explained why I made the appointment. She gets all confused and goes get the doctor, who, by the way, was treating another patient. The doctor leaves his other patient to come see me. He doesn't even seat down, takes a look at my tooth for 2 seconds (I am not exaggerating) and tells me I need a cleaning. Tells me to make another appointment. I tell him that I thought my tooth was going to be treated that day. He leaves!!! I couldn't believe the bad service! First of, I had many teeth cleaning in my life and that will not remove the spot I want removed. The whole thing, from seating on the chair to getting up didn't take 4 minutes and they charged me $89 dollars for that! $89 for what? They didn't do anything whatsoever. I never had worst service in my life. Like I said, the doctor was with another patient, he had no intention of doing anything on my tooth that day, talks to me for 1 minute and tells me to come back. I paid the $89 because I was already really upset and I knew it would be a big scene if I had to argue in that tinny place. Too bad I didn't do my home work before making the appointment because now I understand why, from over 200 reviews on Google they only have 1 and a half star.
