Not pleased with the full synthetic oil. Normally a full synthetic oil lasts more than two or three thousand miles.

I bought my car because of the deal I was getting and how honest everyone was with the price of my car. I can tell you that when my second car dies I will go back to see John and everyone at the dealership and buy my replacement car. more

the service was excellent. roy (i believe that was the service rep's name) was very courteous and helpful. also, the person i talked to at the hyundai call center was very helpful. she went out of her way to call the dealer and check to make sure my repairs were covered under warranty. i have only had the car for a few weeks but so far the experience has been excellent. more

Went in to get my complimentary oil change that I received when I purchased my 2011 Sonata. Was told there was a recall on the steering. They offered to fix it that day and provide me with a complimentary car wash also. The recall was not their fault but they were more than willing to fix it immediately and even offered a small box of candy buckeyes in apologies for the ‘inconvenience’. All in all, they gave me an oil change, washed my car, and fixed the steering recall in a very quick amount of time and they were all extremely nice and curtious. I was thoroughly impressed. I am usually one to take my car to Valvoline for a quick oil change, but with the impressive service I received this visit I am much more inclined to go back to the dealership for future oil changes and maintenance needs. more

I searched the Internet to find the most car for the lowest price. (At my age, Savings and income are very low). I have no interest in a high powered, sporty gas guggling car. After searching the Internet, I found that the 2011 Sonata GLS had no equal that I could find. I leased the 2011 Sonata, March 15, 2010. The style is unique. I am amaized, each time we go out, at the power, fuel economy, and smooth ride. Ruth, my wife, and I like our choice and our dealer nearby, Dennis Hyundai, I searched the Internet to find the most car for the lowest price. (At my age, Savings and income are very low). I had an excellent experience from start to finish. At no time was I rushed or pressured. My father and I drove many cars and never once did Bob Dean get impatient. He was able to match a price offered at another dealership and really met us halfway and treated us fairly. I am completely comfortable/satisfied with the decision that I made- I love my 2010 Hyundai Accent. It has everything that I was looking for in a car. I will be a forever customer of Dennis Hyundai and Bob Dean. I won't be in the market anytime soon but I will definitely tell anyone that will listen how awesome my experience was. Dennis Hyundai cares about it's customers and they broke the mold when they hired Bob Dean as their associate. He surely is an asset to their dealership family. Thank you soooooo much! more

They have an internet site that you can schedule your service appointments which works very well, I scheduled to drop off my Azera at 3pm, my wife dropped off the car and was meet my the service guy who greeted her as Mrs. Jarvis. Since this was the first service at 3000 miles there was not a lot to have done other than the oil change and fluid and tire pressure which were all done as scheduled. By using the internet to schedule I was given a $15 off on the oil change. more

I visited the Dennis Hyundai dealership to purchase a new car. The weather was terrible with heavy snow coming down. The Sales team went out of their way to help me find a car that was equipped the way I wanted, clean it, allow me to test drive it, and worked through the financing for me in what was record time. In the past 10 years I have purchased 5 new cars and this is the 3rd one from Dennis Hyundai. They kept the price where I could afford it, gave me a fair trade-in price for my 2008 Hyundai, and overall, provided excellent service. This was a very positive car-buying experience and I will return to Dennis Hyundai again for my next new car purchase. My family currently owns 4 Hyundais and I would highly recommend the Sales and Finanace team at Dennis to anyone considering a new car purchase. They treat you like family and their service department has always met my needs. more
