Great Haircut at Great Price 5/21/2006

I have difficult hair to deal with. Having said that, for a period of years I went to a number of different Dellarias - especially this one - and saw whichever hairdresser had an appointment free. I was experimenting. And, to my great surprise, I almost always got a terrific cut. Even my lesser cuts were still not bad. The place can be noisy and hectic but the hairdressers do pay attention. Dellaria is especially known for their excellent short haircuts, with reason - I've had a lot of them, and they know what they're doing. more

Dellaria - Busy but convenient 10/8/2005

This is a busy salon as its conveniently located between South Station and Downtown Crossing. Its a fairly clean salon and also offers nail services. You can get through here pretty quickly as I have had my hair cut and dried during lunch. They carry limited color brands so if youre switching from another salon, it is likely that they will need to convert you to what they carry. I had mixed experience with this location, for this reason. They were never quite able to get my color right, it was always too red and they didnt have the resources to tone it down. Eventually, I left for another salon for this reason. I always received a good cut and highlight here though. The staff are semi-friendly. more

Upscale Style Salon at a Reasonable Price!! 8/17/2005

I really like Dellaria's and have been going to them for years. I am one of those people that can't justify spending tons of money for a hair cut or other hair services, although I do enjoy being pampered. Dellaria's seems to offer the best of both worlds. The salon really has the feel of an upscale, expensive salon, but I have always found the prices to be shockingly inexpensive. I have always been pleased with the quality of cuts and colorings I have received there. It is the type of place to go when you want to pamper yourself, but are living on a budget. Enjoy! more

Great Stylist and fair prices 8/16/2005

I currently have my hair cut by Fernando at Dellaria. He does a really nice job and is very good about asking questions and suggesting new ideas. He's very personable and an all around nice guy. The salon itself is always very busy and hectic, but I've always been treated well there. Recommended. more
