Would you be willing to put up with unprofessional service and lack of communication?
They're supposed to call 1 hour BEFORE they show up for service and never did. Neither my wife nor I received a call, so we had NO IDEA when they were arriving. Then they got mad, because we weren't ready for them?!
They actually had the nerve to tell me, ""Time is money and you are making us late, since you didn't have the pool items ready for us when we got here.""
I REMINDED them that they were supposed to call 1 hour beforehand and that if they had called, we would have had everything ready for them. Apparently, this bothered them because they later charged me for some peripherals they got from their truck to use on my pool, knowing that I ALREADY HAD these peripherals.
PLEASE take the time to seek other Pool services, OTHER THAN --> del val pools and spas.
They're simply not worth!
