Awful! Terrible neighbors, ammenities that are listed on the lease do not exist- like laundry facilities, huge stray cat problem, dangerous ""playground"" with cat feces in the sand, and the lot rent just keeps going up! The rules here only seem to apply to some people. This place is terrible and I would definitely not reccomend it to anyone! more

This place is horrible!! Management is terrible they have the worst power trip and treat everyone as if they were beneath them. They are constantly harassing everyone leaving notes on the doors and don't even have the courtesy of knocking when they are leaving a notice they just leave it and sneak away! We have caught them doing this several times. Connie the manager at the front definitely should NOT be in a management position because she has no customer service and no business skills! Everyone needs to know DO NOT purchase at Deerwood. We are currently in the works of making sure everyone knows and taking this house out of this horribly managed place! I repeat DO NOT move into this terrible place!!! more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone get in touch with me about Deerwood, I have a lawyer and I need to talk to anyone who would listen. I already have more then 100 residents from Deerwood protesting against the way the park is being run and the abuse that MRS Connie the manager is being able to get away with. This park is the worst run park ever. This she man of a woman named Connie has no class and no business skills and is an embarrassment to everybody. I am making sure the world knows about this woman and wiil never ever ever stop till I get some answers or some action is taken against her. Her perverted husband and low class help is unbearable and I NEED anyone with a complaint, no matter how minor to please contact me. My whole family is attorneys as well as the other half is law enforcement and rest assured she has now treated the wrong woman like scum of the earth and with the law....will be paybacks. We have been currently living in this place for 3 years with little positive to say about it. The only reason we are still here is because it is cheaper for us to live here since we own our home than to rent a apt or house. The property management is rude and hostile. You present them an issue and they give you a attitude about it like it is your fault and then they take their time to even TRY and resolve it if they even do. The towing company comes around about 20 times a day waiting for someone to mess up and drive through like there is no speed limit. The management team will put notices on your door about pulling weeds from the flow bed but do not even trim the empty lots that keep piling up. They allow trash and dangerous objects to lay in the empty lots just asking for small children or pets to get hurt. The so called maintenance department is Connie's husband and another gentleman who drive around all day using a claw gadget picking up a couple pieces of trash here and there from the roadside. It wouldn't surprise me if they weren't even licensed in the state of FL to do the work they state they can such as check the water lines and electrical issues since they deem it personal property. Overall the place is a mess and someone needs to contact their corporate office and do some complaining about the safety of the people who live here and the customer service they employ. more

Deerwood keeps their community up. It is strict on rules especially parking but it keeps the community from turning into one of those manufactured home communities that you dread. \r \r The pool is clean. The neighbors are nice. There is a good mix of young and old people. \r \r Investing there now, lets you buy a lot of house for very little money. You also get alot of benifits with the pools and clubhouse. \r \r Check it out. more

This place is horrible to live in!! Parking is horrible, they will tow your car right out of your driveway if you have only one wheel in the grass! They have a contract with Moldon's towing so they try to STEAL your car every chance they get. The roads flood every time it rains, and they wont do anything about it! I couldnt get to my house because there is only one entrance and it was completely flooded. My friend drove through it and hydro-locked his motor and the so-called manager Connie said it was ""mother-nature's problem!"" She does not care about any of the people that live there. I hope to move as soon as possible, Im tired of these people being Nazi's about everything! Pros: Nice people Live there Cons: Nazi's run the place! more
