We had taken our dogs there for grooming on many occassions, after the last visit my dog received and ear infection brought on by getting water in his ear. Instead of taking responsiblity we spent almost 200.00 for exam and medicine, a repeat visit was required because the tech didn't give correct instructions on the medication administration. This cost us over 100.00 not to mention the pain and suffering our pet endured do to poor work on the techs part. My animals shot records have also been LOST on more than one occassion and my dog was given (without my permission) 2 rabbies shots due to their negligence. My dog recieved the rabbies shot when we purchased the dog from the pound. By the time we had a third visit and they gave the dog a 3rd shot I became very angry and refused to pay for it. I asked if there were any problems that could arise and of course I was told NO. Thank God nothing happened. When taking in my dogs for doggie day care I had to bring in my open packages to prove I had given them the flea and tick dose. This place has a problem with personel at the front desk and believing there customers, no matter how long you go there or how much money you spend, and to think I was so happy when they opened so close to my home. I've found a new place, a distance from my home, but they charge less, don't loose your records, are very caring and don't require you to chase your animal around for a urine sample. The new place doesn't charge extra for getting the sample themselves either. Fancy new building doesn't equal knowledge, caring and compasion not to mention acceptabiliy for mistakes they make. I bet they would feel different if it was their pet or family member.
