Good: I appreciated Deborah's honesty and integrity that she shows to all her customers. She treats then as a friend and not just a customer. Her prices are much more than fair and her workmanship in impeccable .. Bad: I cannot say anything negative about Deborah.. Improvements: How do you improve on perfection?. Other: I live in Nevada and all I have to do is pick up a phone and explain what I would like for myself or as a gift to a family member. I have been doing business with Deborah for over 25 years and I have never been disappointed yet. She just completed a pendant and earrings of gold pearls and white diamonds accents. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was when I saw the results. They are a work of art and Debbie is a master at her work.. My granddaughter will be sixteen soon and planning her gift from Deb.. more

Good: service, quality, price . Deborah outdid herself and I am sure any other jeweler in making a magnificent ruby and diamond necklace and earring set. She designed them herself. The stones she chose were flawless and brilliant. Thank you Deborah for all you patience and talent. I could never go to any other jeweler but you. You are the best. Thank you for remodeling my mothers engagement and wedding ring into a magnificent cocktail ring. The workmanship was exceptional and the price more than fair. I have been to several other stores and not a one can compete with Deboarah Finns store for great quality and beauty. I feel as if I have made a lifetime friend in Debbie. She is the best. more

I had the most terrible experience with Deborah Finn's Jewel. My fiance had given me an antique ring, and I just needed it to be re-sized down one quarter size and for the prongs to be strengthened. I took it to Deborah, and she assured me it was no problem, and she would have it done right away. Two weeks later, it was finally finished and when i went to pick it up, they had butchered it! The diamond was clearly crooked, it was very loose and not even centered! they had added globs of metal to the fine filigree setting, and scratched other parts of the ring. When i brought it to be repaired from her work, they told me that she had cracked the ring down the middle and then soldered it!! the most insulting part of all, is when I pointed this out to Deborah, she said that she couldn't see anything wrong, and it looked fine to her. The stone moved so much you can hear it move every time you move the ring!! She was haughty and condescending and the craftsmanship was appalling. I would never, never recommend, nor will I ever step foot in there again. more

Deborah has created for me several pieces of jewelry. I described what I wanted and she always supersatisfied me in every piece of jewelry. I always leave the design completely up to her vivid imagination and well trained eye. She has never disappointed me in all the years that I have used her as my jeweler. She is more than fair in her prices. She makes you feel right at home when you visit her in her beautiful store. She is a very special lady.
