Friendly staff good at apologizing for all their errors...like installing 8 inches off center, not showing up for repair appts, shattered glass and more! Apologies, yes. Making it right, no! I should have waited at home twice for an install and then a start up. We are now up to SIX times due to their installers' errors as well as their schedulers' errors. Let's see if they can get it right on visit # 6. Another four hour window waiting for them! Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.
