R U kidding? Didn't this guy pay millions for torturing poor children and doing unnecessary procedures on kids with medicaid? And wasn't his license permanently revoked? If a dentist won't let the parent stay with his or her child during all procedures, it's a huge red flag. Google Small Smiles Dental. Don't risk your kids.
