They are the Wal-Mart of bridal dress stores. Every dress is stiff, ugly, and cheap looking. If you want to look cheap and spend 99$ on what should be 99 cents, go here. Not enough workers. No one wanted to help. Kept calling everyone ""hunny"" or ""darling"" ..they all said they'd be with me in a moment, never came. Though I didn't need help I was looking for a quick throw away garter. First time I went there as a bridesmaid, the dresses were so ugly I couldn't even believe it! Every single one! The woman who was helping fit me the the bridesmaid dress was some fat hog obviously insanely jealous i looked good because she kept telling me to cover up my own bra straps and stop sucking in! I was so upset (not that i am a perfect healthy toned fit and gorgeous but the lady) I just ended up getting measured and waiting until some other no brained fatty was in to take care of me. Service is slow. They care more about personal calls than their customers. I walked out once and the second time I stood in like waiting for someone to come to the desk to check out with 5 other women and two of THEM left. if you want to shop for a dress like you would paper plates and napkins, go here. Typical 'box store' service. Treated rudely to put it nicely. We were apparently bothering the staff just by being there. Selection was ok...if you like to look at 300 gowns of the same style. If you buy something there, keep in mind that there will be a dozen or more brides on the same day in the same area looking just like you do. You might as well buy a uniform. Quality of the gowns was sub-standard. No wonder why they advertise $99 gowns. It's the only way they can get you in the door. Once you're in there, you quickly realize that you've wasted your time. Put your efforts to better use...shop elsewhere. Pros: Large parking lot...that's about it. Cons: Everything that's not listed under 'Pros'. more
