Dr. David is a fabulous doctor. I've never had an unpleasant visit and her manner is very friendly and professional. Her staff is usually just the same way. However, if you are not physically in the office, contacting anyone there is nearly impossible. Today alone, I tried probably about 20 times to call the office and not once did a real person answer the phone. I know they have multiple phone lines and multiple nurses or receptionists there to receive calls, yet the line is always busy. If you call between 12:30-1:30, you'll get an answering machine because the whole office leaves for lunch then. Also, The office closes at 7:30 pm usually and 4 pm on Fridays. Not a problem at all, except that I just tried to call at about 3:15 pm and I got a message saying the office was closed. It is exceptionally frustrating. A doctor's office needs to be reachable. All I need is a prescription rewritten and I cannot get a person on the phone. Sure, this is not an emergency, but don't advertise certain hours and then not abide by them. I'm going to try calling a few more times and then have to give up until Monday. I like my doctor and her care is good, but the services and policies of her office are making me consider another option.
