CAN'T BEAT DAVES TRAILER 8/26/2010

On the way to my vacation spot my old trailer broke beyond repair. I called around and got prices on new trailers that most seemed to be ok and the man towing my trailer recommended Dave's. I called and got a price lower than the others. So I had my trailer towed there, they had the one I needed in stock and without a second thought Dave was good to his word and he even stayed a little late after hours to make the boat switch to the new trailer! I would recommend Dave's to anyone especially to people traveling through Maryland. more

Bait and Switch 7/11/2009

I spoke with the owner, Dave, twice on a Friday, he quoted me a price for a specific utility trailer. I showed up Saturday asked for Dave and was directed to a salesman. He tells the the price quoted was for a lesser trailer. The specific model quoted to me was $200 more! I was in a bind, time wise, and paid the higher price for the trailer I wanted. Called Dave on Monday to complain and request that he honor the quote he had made to me twice, 3 days earlier. He refused and then hung up on me when I pressed him to honor his word. Buyer beware, I got stuck by a bait and switch, you've been warned. Pros: Good selection of parts Cons: Shady business practice more

Opening in 1980 with six boat trailers and a long term goal of offering trailers, parts and service at affordable prices, Dave's operation has expanded to include utility, enclosed and specialty trailers with a normal inventory of 300 trailers at our two locations. Don't worry about going to the MVA, we can register your trailer and provide you with tags at the time of the sale.
