This business is one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. On May 5th I placed an order for Mothers Day. Within the hour, I received a confirmation of the order and a delivery date for the 6th. I called my mother on the 7th and she had not received the order, so I called Darrell's direct. She said she had no record of the order and would check on it. A couple of hours passed and I had not heard from her and called her back. She told me she was too busy to check and that as far as she was concerned she had not received an order, nor had it been paid for. I told her the order was listed in my account on her website, but she still refused to deliver the order. I live out of state. My mother is 85 years old and in failing health. This will probably be the last Mothers Day that we will share. These folks are some of the most inconsiderate and worst business owners I have ever had the sad misfortune to do business with. Now, I will have to file a fraud complaint with the bank for the payment I made to them with my debit card in order to get my money back. UPDATE: Received call from these people on Sunday admitting there was an order, but still denying the payment. The payment is clearly showing on their website in the order tracking area. Once again, she refused to deliver my mother's flowers unless I paid her a second time, which I refused to do. She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told her if she wasn't going to deliver the flowers for Mothers Day, then yes, cancel the order. I spent Mother's Day in tears.
