My sister wanted to get her eyebrows waxed and Daniel and Co. looked nice on the outside so we decided to try it out. The waiting room is nice, and where they cut hair looked ok too, but they took us even further back to do her eyebrows which was kind of dirty looking. They put her in a lazy boy which was a horrible angle, the light was bad and I don't think Viki (the lady doing the waxing) knew what she was doing!! My sister was really specific about what she wanted done, but Viki waxed really far away from my sisters eyebrows and then when my sister re-stated what she wanted Viki tried it again. Still thinking Viki was off my sister asked for a mirror and pointed. At this point my sisters skin was getting red with the many pulls and I was giving her hand signals for us to bail. Viki seemed to understand better so my sister waved to me that she thought it would be ok. Well it wasn't. Viki gave it a few more pulls and declared that she was done. My sister took a look and said it looked ok (afraid to give Viki another chance), but asked Viki to remove the wax all over her remaining eyebrows. After a little searching Viki found something that said wax off and said ""this must be a new product"" and tried to remove the wax she had gotten all over. Ready to get the heck out of there after three tries to get Viki to remove all the wax, my sister said it was fine and proceeded to pay. Once we were outside in full light I took a closer look. What a horrible job!! My sister's eyebrows were un-even, there we spots that Viki completely missed, they were STILL full of wax, and their was even wax in her hair. We went back in to say that we shouldn't have to pay for this and the desk guy wasn't overly helpful and didn't seem shocked that we were unhappy. He told us to call the owner who wouldn't be back for a few hours. This is my first review and I registered just to let all of you know not to go there to get your eyebrows done!!
Pros: Quick appointment
Cons: Horrible job
