Unbelievable customer service! The customer service is always hit or miss but this last trip was the worst ever! I ordered 2 medium Blizzards and paid for them and as she handed them out the window, one was a small. I asked ""why is that one a small""? She said, ""I thought that's what you said"" and after a pause she said, ""oh, I wrote down 2 mediums"". This is all while still trying to hand me the small out the window. She finally offered to remake it to the medium I had just paid for. When I got home it was obvious that it was just plain vanilla ice cream in the bottom half of the cup. When I called back up there they told me to bring it back and they would remake it. When we arrived an employee was waiting for us in the service area and ""asked ""are you the RUDE customer that said we didn't make it right""? She then took my old cup and dug around in it with a spoon to see if I was lying. While we were speaking to the other employee the girl who made the Blizzard came out from behind the counter and confronted me about being rude to her about the small she was tryig to pass off as a medium. I was flabbergasted to say the least and when my friend suggested that this was poor customer service and that the customer is always right , she told us that no they are not always right! I have been in the service industry for 25 years and pride myself on having impeccable customer service in my own business and I can assure you that I would not have the business I have today if I treated my clients in this manner. I can assure them they will no longer have to worry about making my order incorrectly again, as I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment!!
