I tried many different types of yoga in order to improve my insomnia and depression. I found Dahn Yoga to be the most beneficial by far! The classes are so much fun and the people there are so genuine. I sleep better than I have my whole life and I keep my depression at bay with Dahn Yoga exercises, not medication.
