As a result, I am sending you this brief email update on the remodeling project. My wife and I are beginning the fifth week of our remodeling project (kitchen and two bathrooms) overseen by Tony. We remain very satisfied and appreciative of Tony's coordination and work in our ongoing remodeling project. Additionally, we believe that Tony is continually striving to meet DWR's number one goal of exceptional customer care and service.
