I had no problem returning a pair of shoes to this store. After wearing the shoes twice, a seam started to separate. When I took them back near the end of the 30-day return policy period printed on the receipt, and mentioned that it had taken me a few weeks to find the receipt, the clerk and the manager both said they would have exchanged them or given a store credit without a receipt. Since I had the receipt, they credited the amount to the debit card used to purchase the shoes. Both were very polite and very apologetic about the defect in the shoe and it only took a few minutes for the entire transaction.
