CLASSIC ""bait and switch"" from Fernando and friends at Gardena Honda. I was driving from an hour away so I called beforehand to make sure the vehicle in the advertisement they placed in the LA Times was still available. Fernando says he has two (silver and white) available. I told him I would go with the white, he says he will hide the vehicle for me until I get there. I get there, he shows me the car, we sit down, takes my information, runs my credit, then ""finds-out"" from his boss that the vehicle in the ad was a ""one at this price"" and has already been sold. Luckily, he can still lease me the car for a 4k mark-up on the deal in the ad. Nothing mentioned about this being his mistake or honoring the price since I drove from an hour away with two friends based on his word that he both had and would hold the vehicle for me. Complete waste of my and two others day. I would put this experience on Fernando, but according to him, this was his bosses call, so apparently this is just how business is conducted at Gardena Honda. For my part, I will be venting on every ""reviews"" forum available about my extremely annoying experience.
