Purchased 4 cords from them 4 years ago and the quality of the wood and delivery was perfect. Problem was communication and I thought I was getting full cords NOT face cords. I had asked on 3 occassions and was told it would be 'cords'. I thought the price was too good to be true for full cords...and it was. They did offer to pick it up and provide a refund but I kept it. Nice variety of hardwoods.
