I NEVER EVER have experienced this kind of bad service before. I purchased few pieces of furniture and they took more than a year to deliver after making so many phone calls. They damaged my wood floor and refused to pay for it. They also damaged my furniture. When I complained BBB in Greensborough, BBB did not help me out. I guess D&D must be bribing BBB officials. I would urge readers to pay more to reputed delivery company than go with D&D and save your sanity. I can not stress enough how bad this company is. more

D&D stands for DIRTY DEVILS! 3/1/2011

I had two deliveries scheduled with this company over a time period of 3-4 months -- beginning in November of 2010. Needless to say to date (March 2, 2011), I have YET to receive any of the items supposedly scheduled for delivery. \r \r I have however received numerous phone calls over that time frame, giving me excuse after excuse as to why I haven't received my item. They would tell me the item would be arriving on a certain day -- then, to no surprise, when the day actually came for my items to be delivered, they were a NO SHOW! Not even a phone call. My best guess -- they STOLE it! Thats the only thing I can come up with. \r \r I suggest that you stay a MILLION miles away from D&D. I can't figure out if D&D stands for dirty devils, or dumb and dumber. Definitely one of the crookedest business I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! more

off the charts avoid 11/17/2010

i had two deliveries from this 'company' over 4 months. First, they hold on to the furniture and keep it in NC for as long as they can. Then/they call you 10 times over 4 weeks telling you the multiple dates they will deliver and never do. THEN/the day it will finally come they call you at 445 pm the day before to say heh guess what we're coming at 7 am SATURDAY(im not exaggerating).If you say no/they say ok to 9am and then come at 330 pm. +as reviewe its all in cash and they dont N u that in advance either. FIND AN ALTERNATIVE/ANY OR PAY A KID TO DRIVE UP IN A UHAUL. more

BAD SERVICE 2/19/2010

I had a piece of dining room furniture delivered form D&D. When they arrived we had 6 inches of snow on the ground, the drivers unloaded other customers items into the snowy street in order to get to mine. Needless to say they didn’t seem to show any respect for what they were delivering. They brought my item up the driveway using a 2 wheel hand cart which placed all the weight on one point, I had them place my delivery in the garage on 2x4 blocks so it was off the ground.\r I was told I had to pay $201 cash for the delivery or they would take the item back. Even though I had already waited 7 weeks for the delivery and had already made the delivery payment they would not budge. He was adamant that I had to pay even if it meant going out in the snowy street to an ATM. Because it was after their office hours they could not call to confirm my payment even though it was noted on the invoice as paid. I called the store where I purchased the item the next day and was told that I would have a check mailed to me from D&D to reimburse me the delivery. 5 days later when I opened the box I noticed the corner had been damaged. I took a picture and emailed it to them, when I called I was told “you signed saying it was ok” nothing we can do! So 3 weeks later I went there in person (385 miles from my home) to collect my $201 I had not yet received and discuss how to resolve the damage issue. I was told they could not pay me there accounting was in a different location but a check would be mailed out the next day. I was also promised a phone call or email with possible solutions on how they would assist fixing the damaged item. My visit was on 1/27/2010 and I still have not received a call, email or check. I DO NOT SUGGEST USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!\r Cons: BAD SERVICE, NO FOLLOW THROUGH, UNTRUTHFUL more
