This woman is the WORST to TRY and do business with. I say TRY, because that's all you can do.\r
First of all, I called and left a message regarding TWO of her available houses. She NEVER called me back!!!!! Two weeks later, she posts ONE of the houses for rent again, so I call again. This time she calls me back and sets up an appointment with me, to which she was LATE!!!\r
Next, I get to the appointment and she gives me the keys and asks me to hurry because she has another appointment coming! OKAY?!??! I then ask about the OTHER house she has for rent, and she gives me the keys to that one as well.\r

WHAT KIND OF REAL ESTATE AGENT DOESN'T TELL YOU ABOUT ALL AVAILABLE PROPERTIES????????? Especially when they are TWO BLOCKS APART and only have a ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR diffrerence??? NO REAL estate agent I've ever heard of, certainly NOT one doing their job properly!!!\r

I go look at the houses and tell her my husband will bring the paperwork by the next day, which he does, and she asks if she can make copies of our credit reports, to which my husband said, don't bother, if we don't qualify we'll just return and pick them up. She agrees and says we will hear by her by Monday - 3 days away. OK, GREAT!!!\r

Monday comes, no call. Tuesday comes, NO CALL. We talk to our bosses and references, NOT ONE of them have heard from her???? I think, ok we obviously haven't qualified or whe would have told us, so I call and ask for my credit reports back the next day, Wednesday. Of course, she NEVER responds.\r
My husband and I BOTH stopped by her office multiple times throughout the next week, while her car was there, but her office was locked and she wouldn't respond????? So the NEXT Tuesday I see her car AGAIN and call AGAIN and tell her I WANT my credit reports back. She finally calls me back, BLOCKING HER # FROM ME, and tells me I can come by the next day to get them because she is out of town......even though I just saw her car????\r

When I come in the next day, she just hands my paperwork to me and says nothing. So I ask ""We didn't qualify for either house huh?""\r
She says ""Well I had a couple come in with perfect credit, so""\r
Me: ""Well, what about the other house?""\r
Her: ""Well, you called and said you wanted your paperwork back so""\r
Me: ""Well you said we would hear from you by Monday and since we hadn't I just assumed we didn't qualify.""\r
Her: ""Well I never had time to look""\r
Me: ""So then you DON'T KNOW IF WE QUALIFY DO YOU????"" It had been OVER A WEEK AND A HALF, and she didn't have time to look at my paperwork???????\r
She just looks at me and turns and walks away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r

I hope the people she is renting houses FOR reads this and figures out why your houses are sitting empty for MONTHS at a time - your real estate agent IS NOT DOING HER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r

And for people looking to rent - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!
