This is a cute little shop on Kilpatrick in North Portland. The area it's in doesn't seem conducive to good business, but Cut & Paste is always happily busy. They have a large array of scrapbooking papers, stickers, and other embellishments. There's a large craft room in back where classes are taught and the Web site they've recently started up is very good; lots of layouts to use as inspiration! If you live in the area, definitely go in and get on their mailing list, which will provide you with a monthly coupon.
