So the ironic thing is that I had an awful experience with a completely different company that had contracted with Customer Lobby to provide feedback and that was the reason why I had to contact them--to ask some questions and get something corrected. I went through the main number and after a couple of transfers magically ended up with Ryan Johnson, a customer service representative who truly understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service! From the minute he took over the call, he knew exactly what was going on, asked me some clarifying questions and then proceeded to answer my questions, show me what/how to do something, apologized for something, explained something else, then patiently waited while I attempted to capture some screenshots to send to show what I was seeing (which was different from what he was)....he was on the phone more than a 1/2 hour (which is a LONG time in call-center-customer service-land) and never once did he make me feel rushed or that I was taking too long. He was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and a wonderful representative of this company and I was really impressed. On a side note, I'm a corporate L&D professional and taught customer service at a fortune 50 call center for almost 10 years and this experience would have been rated as 'distinguished' and 'exceptional.' Because I truly value when things go well, I wanted to make sure I posted my positive feedback about this employee and the company---I hope his manager(s) recognize him for his awesome customer service efforts! Mr. Michael Rich took over management of my account after it was off to a bit of a shakey start, however he was professionally persistent without being pushy or pesky and he kept at it until he sold me on the companies service by keeping me well informed, and using good sales skills to represent the business in a professional and courteous manner, while keying in on the value and strong points of the service. A job well done and should make his comppany proud! more

Normally, we don't answer phone calls that look like telemarketers, but the one day I was bored and decided to go ahead and answer a call with an out-of-state number, I got lucky. Customer Lobby was offering a service that we actually needed. They offered a 30-day free trial which included setting up links on our website and Facebook page. They patiently walked me through the system and showed me how to invite reviews from our customers. I sent out a few invitations, just to see what happened, and wow, we got results immediately! I'm impressed with how simple the whole webpage and invitation system is. That it's effective is not even in question. It certainly is. I only wish we had hooked up with Customer Lobby months before at the height of our roofing season. We had already surveyed, with a mail-in card, all our customers, so I was hesitant to hit them up again. But going forward, we can realistically anticipate our customers to respond and for those reviews to start stacking up. What's so perfect about Customer Lobby's service is that it gets your company noticed on the search engines. Google et al. love sites that have lots of online reviews to their credit. Since all of the reviews are posted online, it can't help but boost our website on the search engines. We think the monthly subscription cost is a fair value for what we get. Of course, you get out according to what you put in, so make sure all your customers get an invitation to review you from Customer Lobby. more

I am happy that customer lobby called and kept calling because I was not really in the mood to hear anything from another company telling me how wonderful they are and what they can do for us. I have been let down more times than I can say. I cannot believe how terrible customer service and lack of self respect & pride from doing a job well done. Easy and affordable. A great tool 1/30/2012

We printed the review cards that we leave with each of our customers at their homes. A lot of our customers then go online and leave us a review. Our reviews are growing quicker than before and are legit and individually indexed in Google as customer lobby promised. Great tool and for the price...you cant beat it. Thank you more

Allison answered my questions and Jun helped me link our reviews to facebook, actually, he just went beyond and DID it for me! We had our 10 reviews up on facebook in 5 min. We have been with Customer Lobby for over a year now and have had over 3500 of our customers review us on their website. I must say that we are totally satified with the Customer Lobby product.
